ABOUT THE ROLE Knowledge and Skills ·      Mastery of project managementmethodology and experience or familiarity with major, defined programmanagement approaches (PMI, Agile, Six Sigma). PMP Certification REQUIRED. ·      Significant knowledge of projectplanning/scheduling tools (for example, Microsoft Project), with a solid trackrecord of practical application. ·      Exceptional verbal and writtencommunication skills; expertise in setting and managing customer expectations. ·      Effective influencing andnegotiating skills in an environment in which this role may not directlycontrol resources. ·      Strong knowledge andunderstanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain ahigh level of customer trust and confidence. ·      Ability to lead project team tomatch solutions to business requirements, including leadership in research oncurrent and emerging technology options.
