Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives basedon user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industryrequirements. a)    Therole of the business system analysis is to understand and document currentbusiness procedures and identify areas for improvement. This person willprovide hands-on business process requirements analysis in support of OracleCloud ERP and related applications. b)    Incollaboration with internal departments and external resources, plans, designsand implements financial systems solutions. Although understanding of thecurrent state of the organization is necessary prior to recommending changesrelated to implementing a new business solution. c)    Undergeneral supervision, formulate and define system scope and objectives throughresearch. d)    Thebusiness systems analyst is responsible for the knowledge transfer of businessrequirements to the application developers. e)    Thebusiness analyst shall be able to make cogent arguments recommending a courseof action. f)     TheBusiness analyst needs to scour through enormous amounts of information in thebusiness area they support to find the salient points. g)    Newbusiness patterns happen all the time and detecting them can provide asignificant advantage.
