Pega Business Analyst - CBA

Location: Franklin Lakes, NJ

Duration: 12+ months

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Performing requirements gathering, elicitation, and analysis in order to understand requirements and choosing the best way to implement requirements leveraging the Pegasystem software and DCO capabilities
  • Excellent working on Business Architect concepts like DCO
  • Managing and documenting requirements according to the selected methodology, including Agile, waterfall, Pega Scrum and SmartBPM
  • Creating application profiles
  • Understanding business process management and business requirements of the customers and translating them to BRD/ Functional spec/ Use stories
  • Helping to define acceptance criteria for completion of the solution
  • Technical understanding of interface/ integration technologies and deep understanding of customer's needs so that they can be transformed into operational requirements
  • Assist with class structure design from the perspective of the business needs
  • Review, analyze, and evaluate Business, Systems, and User needs
  • Document requirements; define scope and objectives
  • Assess risks and challenges
  • Track and report on progress on tasks, and deliverables.

 

Skills and Experience Required:

Mandatory Skills:

  • 4-6 years of experience with PEGA with Certification- CBA Business Architect
  • 4-6 years of experience in BPM as a Business Analysis
  • Experience with PEGA development
  • Strong communication skills

Desired Skills:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Healthcare/PBM domain
