Title: IT SAP Security Consultant Location: Indianapolis,IN Duration: Long term

The current person responsibility:Provisioning, other applications, interaction with Dell Secure Works, many other applications and security monitoring. Here is the Job description: Performs information security risk assessments to identify new systems and/or monitor existing systems for compliance with information security policies, procedures, and standards, referring problems to the appropriate groups and following up on appropriate resolutions. Define, deploy, and execute Access Management across the entire organization. Responsible for executing and overseeing security items invovling Incident, Problem, and Change Management. Supports the security manager to coordinate activities of and participates in committees and meetings related to information security. Supervise all investigations into problematic activity and provide on-going communication with leadership. Be first responder for cyber-security incidents, monitor alerts, events and incidents identified through the Security Operations Center; and confirm validity of identified incidents Monitor the latest in security vulnerabilities, advisories, incidents, and penetration techniques made available via the security portal Manage issues resulting from investigation, work collaboratively with technical and business leads to follow up accordingly to security incident management procedures and processes, and assist in development and resolution of daily reports. Conduct highly-confidential internal investigations into violations of Acceptable Use Policies and other activities counter to the success of the business. Monitoring, analyzing, detecting, and responding to unauthorized activity within the global computing environment, and managing the identification, containment, eradication, and recovery of larger incidents. Ensures that incidents assigned to team members are managed robustly & effectively and that any customer/business impact is identified and minimized. Ensures that incident ticket communication/documentation is accurate, timely, clear and concise. Maintain up to date knowledge of current intalled software vendorrs patch levels and patch recommendations. Support vulnerability and patch management remediation. Daily review of security information and event management system logs for security violations, deviations from baseline, etc. Participate in the IT Operations on-call schedule and other duties as assigned. Position Requirements Skills required: Bachelor of Science Degree – (Computer Science or related technical field preferred) or equivalent experience Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and simultaneously work on high visibility projects to assure completion Demonstrated ability to take a practical business-focused approach to IT Security; High level of sound logic and analytical ability where problems are unusual and difficult;
Skills preferred: Experience or certification in ITIL v3 service management. Experience with Qualys Guard Vulnerability Scanning solution. Experience with Network Configuration Scanning solutions.
