Performance and Monitoring. Backup / recovery using NIM. Configuration of dual VIO server. Configuration SAN storage, EMC Symmetric, Calriion, IBM Shark (DS8100, DS 4800). 24*7 on call support for Prod/Dev/QA environments. Monitors and tunes the system to achieve optimum performance levels. Network Troubleshooting. Experienced in Micro Partitioning. LPAR, DLPAR, VIO using HMC. Blade servers using AMM. Network configuration such as TCP/IP, NFS, NAS. Designing and Implementation of System Security. Power, Blade server hardware installation and configuration. Corporate Disaster Recovery Planning and Implementation. SAN disk migration.
