Role : Business Systems Analyst/Solution Consultant
Location : Ontario, CA

Job Description:
· Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems
· Understands the strategic direction set by the management as it relates to team goals
· Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems. Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor.
· Interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within the company
· Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance. Decisions often impact the team in which they reside
· Work with cutting edge technology
· Deliver high-quality solutions across multiple platforms
· Build mockups, and UI/UX based on the defined workflows and requirements
· Defines application problem by conferring with clients; evaluating procedures and processes
· Develops solution by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions
· Controls solution by establishing specifications; coordinating production with developers
· Performs detailed analysis of data, workflows, policies, procedures, organization of staff, skills and offer potential solutions in order to execute initiatives
· Validates application outcomes and results by testing programs
· Ensures operation by training client personnel; providing support
· Provides application references and job aids by writing documentation
· Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
· Work on a variety of projects ranging in both size and scope
· Create project deliverables like business and functional requirements, process flow diagrams, current and future state workflows
· Work directly with clients to help team activities to implement, support and integrate solutions into their environments
· Provide delivery support and assistance
· Facilitates the optimization of business unit performance by enhancing alignment of policy, process and technology and designing/implementing for future business needs as well
· Leads large scale, cross-functional initiatives that are intended to drive performance improvement, financial gains, customer satisfaction and improved compliance
· Organizes work teams, drives consensus and ensures end-to-end policy/process integrity to accomplish project work including: identification and confirmation of participants, establishment of a project plan, consistent work team engagement and productivity, meeting facilitation, consensus building, recommendation documentation and implementation oversight
· Supports the project work by utilizing project management software such as, but not limited to, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Microsoft Project
· Assists other project leaders in specific areas as needed such as facilitation, analysis, process mapping, brain-storming, project management issues, etc.
Skills and experience
· 2-3 years of healthcare experience is required
· Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must
· Strong documentation skills
· Delivery and implementation oriented approach
· Must be a team player, with easy to work with personality with flexible yet firm approach to get things done
