PowerAppsDeveloper (Contractor) August 2023 Need by: aims to engage an experienceddeveloper with at least 3 years of experience to maintain a suite of previouslycreated applications as well as design, develop, and document projects inPowerApps


PowerAppsDeveloper (Contractor) : aims to engage an experienced developer with at least 3 years of experience tomaintain a suite of previously created applications as well as design, develop,and document projects and applications using PowerApps, Power Automate, andPower Bi. A cloud-based workspace that helps teams get more done with businessapps that match their exact process, easily customize, and build customizablebusiness applications to collaborate on data, automate workflows and shareactionable reports.

Keyroles and responsibilities

1.    Develop, implement, and maintainlow-code application development in Microsoft PowerApps. Design and implementPower Automate Cloud flows, desktop flows, or business process flows. Createand configure workflows, business process automation, and integration solutionsusing Power Automate. Integrate low-code solutions with external systems anddata sources.

2.    Develop, implement, and maintain,specifically in custom applications, custom pages using both the QuickBase APIas well as regular QuickBase interface

3.    Maintain existing data feeds tovarious third-party vendors. Create and maintain new ETL processes as necessary4

1.    . Urgent Requested Work a. TheManager of Applications will assign priorities to the contractor on-site andmake every attempt to provide advance notice of new assignments. Reasonabletime frames for agreed upon tasks will be provided. Critical tasks shall bediscussed weekly, and the timeline shall be agreed upon by the contractor andthe Manager of Applications.

 

Requiredand preferred qualifications and skills

1.    A solid understanding ofinformation flow, database fundamentals, and technical requirements listedbelow are necessary for this position.

a.    Extensive experience with Angular(or another modern frontend framework such as: React or Vue.js). Expertknowledge of Javascript, HTML, and CSS. Experience in optimizing webapplications for performance and usability. Experience with integrating with thirdparty APIs. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.

OtherRequirements

1.    The contractor shall meet withthe Manager of Applications, within one (1) working day after the start of theengagement to begin professional services in support of operations

2.    The contractor shall establishsuitable processes and systems to guarantee the most regimented organization ofresources involved in the support of the QuickBase Applications includingproject tracking and knowledge management. Complete documentation of processesand work is required to be maintained in an annual cycle workplan

3.    The Contractor shall preparedraft and final versions of specific Program and Project Plans when necessaryor as directed that are appropriate for the size and scale of technical effortsbeing undertaken. These plans shall specify the tasks, sub tasks, dependencies,resource requirements, schedules, and milestone dates required to completespecific technical programs or projects. When approved by the Director ofOperations, these plans shall be used to monitor, control, and report progress,issues, and resource expenditures. These plans shall be updated as required andapproved by the Director of Operations as required to maintain currency withproject objectives, activities, and direction.

4.    Access to classified documents,data, studies, reports, and other documentation and information may berequired. Consequently, background and fingerprinting are required. Access tothe Background and Fingerprinting Check Form will be provided as part of theonboarding process. Further, the contractor will be accessing a private,filtered network and the duties to be performed by contractor personnel
