JOB DESCRIPTION Responsibilities: 1.   Designs, develops, enhances,debugs, and implements software. 2.   Troubleshoots productionproblems related to software applications. 3.   Researches, tests, build, andcoordinate the conversion and/or integration of new products based on clientrequirements. 4.   Designs and develops newsoftware products or major enhancements to existing software. 5.   Addresses problems of systemsintegration, compatibility, and multiple platforms. 6.   Consults with project teams andend users to identify application requirements. 7.   Performs feasibility analysison potential future projects to management. 8.   Assists in the evaluation andrecommendation of application software packages, application integration andtesting tools. 9.   Resolves problems with softwareand responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements. 10. Actsas team leader on projects. 11. Instructs,assigns, directs, and checks the work of other software developers ondevelopment team. 12. Participatesin development of software user manuals.
