Job Description
- Project Manager experience of 10+ years for IT projects
Experience in SAFE and Delivery Lead/Manager
- Certified Scrum Master
- Experience working in hybrid agile environments
- Able to "drive" results not passively wait for the team to figure it out; prescriptive more so than "faciliatory"
- Reasonable about infusion of agile scrum practices as it relates to real-world scenarios
- Takes stock in what the team is capable of and adjusts expectations accordingly without allowing schedules to slip or the business to not achieve its goals
- Believes in team collaboration but doesn't allow "group think" to set in causing destabilization of the team
- Raises issues to the Manager's timely and without "rose colored glasses" (doesn't hide the bad stuff), transparent
- Able to course correct without tons of scheduled meetings that result in nothing; rather interacts and stays visible through the process of overseeing sprints
- Measures progress based on established expectations and holds the team to achieving those goals
- Avoids regurgitation of agile manifesto
- Realistic in goal setting and implementation of the scrum practices
