a.Primary skill? SAP Business Planning & Consolidation (BPC)
b.Years of experience? 4-8
c.Degree or specialized training is required/preferred? Graduate with SAP BPC training
d.Top three skills required? - SAP BPC, SAP FI, SAP BW
SAP BPC Consultant being able to drive requirement gathering , business blue print, conference room pilots actively. Should have technical ability to understand BPC environment thoroughly well. Should understand all the technology pieces like scripting BI modeling, ECC environment, ETL, reporting tools, EPM, User Exits, ABAP, BAPI, BADI fairly well to come out with right technical specifications for the client and must have mastery over at least areas e.g., BPC configurations, Finance domain, Planning & Consolidation value flows, interfaces, Script Logic. Should have done at least 4 life cycle implementation for Planning as well as Consolidation in BPC. Should also possess fairly good client handling skills , people & project management skills. Should be avid reader and keen learner to up skill yourself constantly in BPC space. Should know the business processes in planning and consolidation.
