Client: State of Iowa Face to Face Interview   Job Description :   ·         The project manager will be working primarily on Department of Revenue projects.  These projects will mostly center on application development but there may be a little bit of work on infrastructure projects.  The development environment utilizes mostly .Net. with a SQL server back-end.   Required Skills :   Project Manager Experience Application Development project experience Manage the vendor portfolio from a strategic vendor relationship management prospective. Assist in review of vendor proposals and project plans and identify alternatives when necessary. Experience interfacing with third party vendor product implementation and intregration, enforce and document accountability MS Project Develop efficient and reliable metrics for measuring program and project progress towards those goals.
