Must Have Skills :  Experience of working on at e-commerce project.

                              Experience in writing technical design docs and workflow 

                              Good technical system analyst skills.

 

Detailed Job Description :

 

  • Take the lead in documenting business problems and proposed solutions through the use of high level project charters in order to initiate or secure additional funding for projects
  • Proactively and independently gather and document complex business and functional requirements in the form of User Stories complete with detailed acceptance criteria utilizing including story maps, GUI mock-ups, and other related documents. Identify important requirements that may not have been represented by stakeholders
  • Lead backlog grooming sessions to ensure the project team has enough user stories fully defined in order to facilitate effective sprint planning meetings
  • Plan, facilitate and lead requirements gathering /brainstorming sessions involving stakeholders representing multiple functional areas.
  • Act as the liaison and facilitator of communications between Product Owners and other operational and technical groups as it relates to user stories and/or acceptance criteria to ensure requirements are well-defined and understood by project teams and stakeholders
  • Take the lead in working with Product Owners in the initial creation and on-going prioritization of release backlogs
  • Serve in an SME role for all assigned products and as a proxy Product Owner when appropriate
  • Assist and mentor less experienced Technical Business Analysts on topics such as project charters, user story/acceptance criteria development and the planning and facilitation of requirements gathering/brainstorming meetings
  • Research and recommend improvements to business analysis tools, agile practices, and best practices
  • Keep up-to-date with technical as well as industry developments in Fraud and Risk Management arena.
