Excellent verbal/written communication skills is required. 1. 5+ years as a business or technical BA implementing or supporting Oracle EBS R12 core HR application. 2. Oracle HR implementation as a consultant, IT lead, or business lead preferred. 3. Experience with Oracle Fusion/Oracle Cloud applications a plus 4. Duties to include: a. Maintenance of foundational data set-ups (Jobs, Locations, Orgs, Grades, etc.) b. Work-structure administration c. Security profiles/configurations d. MSS/ESS workflow administration e. Batch job processing f.
