Location: Gaithersburg, MD
6 - 12 Months
 
Candidates should have:

·         5 years of Business Analysis experience
·         3 years of HR applications experience
·         PeopleSoft, Workday, SAP
·         Bachelor’s degree is required
·         Demonstrated business process design, analysis and requirement gathering experience
·         Experience in interpreting and documenting the business context, relevance, benefits, downstream impacts and criticality to business processes
·         Knowledge of IT project management life cycle activities and deliverables
·         Experience of supporting a Function in an IT service delivery and management capacity
·         Good verbal and written communication skills
·         Demonstrated facilitation skills
·         Ability to work independently with limited supervision
·         Influencing, networking and team working skills
·         Ability to work well in and across diverse global teams, at multiple levels of the organization.
