Location – Westborough MA Role: Business/Data Analyst UNICA IBM Unica is the marketing and campaign management tool used by our client , an expert in this area is what we are looking for. Please find below the JD.   A combination of Systems, Business, and Data Analyst. Ideally someone with Marketing and Unica or other campaign management/CRM experience but more important than that I would like a person who can learn quickly, communicate well, and can keep the ball moving forward and drive issue resolution. The person will be working in my “Run” tower so will be involved in working on our big marketing and membership programs, developing and managing support processes, and improving our data quality and management. They will also have a primary role supporting our Unica (IBM Campaign) application and working with Marketing to design, develop, and deploy new programs. Here are some bullet points I put together about the role: • Make sure club and field issues are addressed and have appropriate follow-up • Make sure operational processes with third parties are documented, automated where possible, have appropriate support documentation, and are enhanced as requested for functionality or compliance • Handle non-mainframe support for campaign management, file transfers, and operational problems for Marketing programs • Track stabilization efforts and calendar of activities for monitoring system health and special preparation for holiday processing or IPL validation • Work on requirements for stabilization and small/med enhancement change controls • Work on implementing new Marketing programs, either with new third parties or via integrations between Marketing applications such as Campaign and Digital Analytics •Responsible for overall data quality of membership and marketing data through the applications we support Please forward resume along with rate and  contact information ASAP.
